Sample ticket · example job
An example of a five-page website for a trades business. The client is invented; the format, the wording, and the figures are exactly what a real ticket carries.
01 — What gets built
- Five pages: home, what you do, service area, about, contact
- Copy written with you from one 45-minute interview, not filled with filler text
- Your Google Business Profile claimed, filled in, and pointed at the new site
- A contact form that lands in your inbox, with spam filtering that works
- Built mobile-first and tested on real phones, not just a desktop browser
- One round of changes after you have seen it working
02 — What is not included
- Logo or brand design — we will work with a designer you trust, or recommend one
- Photography — we will tell you what to shoot, or recommend someone
- Online payments, bookings, or stock (that is BW–02 or BW–03, quoted separately)
- Ads, social media, and email marketing
- Content updates after handover — the site is yours to edit, and we leave instructions
Anything on this list can be added — it gets quoted separately, in writing, before we do it.
03 — Price
This figure does not move unless you ask for something outside section 01.
04 — Dates
05 — What you get at handover
- Confirmation that domain, hosting and every account are in your name — where they have been since day one
- Written instructions for the parts you will edit yourself
- A 30-minute walkthrough with whoever updates it day to day
06 — Sign-off
Work begins when this page is signed. Until then you owe us nothing, and the recommendation we wrote after the call is yours to take elsewhere.
